1. Trip Booking Policy
You can book our trip as per your schedule and requirement by filling the form available in website or you can customize as per your requirement. After getting the confirmation email by the Alpine Excursion treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd officially then you need to transfer us minimum 30 % of your total trip budget for final reservation.

The payment for the outstanding balance of for your holiday is due 8 weeks prior to your departure date. The remaining amount of your trip can be pay in the arrival of Nepal before heading towards the trekking or tour. We generally accept Dollar, Euro, and Pound.
3. Last hour Booking
We will also accept last hour booking as well with 100% payment method. The last hour booking means 7days prior to the starting date of your trip. But it is only applicable for Nepal trek and tour.
4. The reimbursement system
No refund will be made for 30% deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any reason by your side.

5. Additional Charge
On our holidays tour / trek packages, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, to take single room addition charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with.
6. In case of incomplete treks or tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary. First of all, we never broke the trekking team in between until our last destination as per our itinerary given to you. If any Clients wants to make single trip or wants to depart with team or wants to make trek by making own itinerary, on those condition we, Alpine Excursion treks do not accept the condition. In such case, the Clients him/her self-need to bear all the expenses during trek made by yourself and need to make your own risk.
7. Unexpected Conditions
Alpine Excursion Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. cancels your trip if the unforeseen circumstances occur unknowingly such war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will suggest you to make alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your confidential attention, all amount paid by you to our company will be refunded. But recall, each additional expenses incurred by you as a consequence of this booking are completely your obligation.
8. Travel Insurance
You must purchase comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc. This is strongly suggested to all our esteemed clients.
9. Condition of Health
If you clearly mention us about your health condition, Alpine Excursion Treks and Expedition Pvt. Ltd. manage your trip as per your condition and make a well suggestions based on your requirements.
10. Domestic flight Cancellation, delays and changes in the itinerary
The weather condition especially in Nepal cannot predict perfectly, therefore, develop an alternative mentality in case of flight cancels and delays. Generally, all trekking route in Nepal are lies on remote areas so, we, Alpine Excursion advised you to make an extra reservation days to prepare with some delays and avoid frustrating consequences. In case of cancelation before trip or after trip the accommodation and food cost need to bear by yourself.
11. Papers and Documents
All vital documents including your visas and passport must be carry out alongside you in sequence and has to be shown at the period of appeal made by the company. We are not accountable in case of each journey formality not finished in period beforehand journey departs on the missing of vital papers and documents.
12. Risk and Responsibility
Your protection and pleasure is our prime concern. We consequently hold out our obligation honestly & genuinely to safeguard your celebration trouble–free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless uttered or else, journey could be change below tentative and inherent conditions such as land-slides, road blockage, deluge, snowing, governmental unrest, cancellation of flight, stay entrance, sickness or accidents etc. Each supplementary price incurring there is your confidential obligation and ought to be borne on the spot.
